The Fan Grounds is a professionally managed fan experience lot at 701 Church Street, Decatur, GA — one block from the WatchFest ‘26 gates, running 34 nights (June 11–July 19, 2026), up to 5,000 fans per night. Vendor space is designated by Operator at setup; exact placement is at Operator’s discretion based on layout and operational needs.

Sign and return to claim your spot; dates are confirmed first-signed. A non-refundable 25% deposit is due within 48 hours of signing to lock the reservation. Remaining balance due in full before your first night; failure to pay by this date may result in forfeiture of the spot and deposit. Available exclusively to Full Run (all 34 nights) vendors for a one-time $500 fee. Guarantees no other vendor of the same category operates in the lot for the event duration. Operator reserves the right to approve or deny exclusivity requests based on overall vendor mix.

Load-in no earlier than 2 hours before operating hours; Vendor must be set up by gates open. Load-out — including all equipment, supplies, and waste — within 1 hour after operating hours end. No overnight storage without prior written approval. Vendor leaves their space clean or may incur a cleaning fee or loss of future privileges.

Vendor is responsible for all permits, licenses, and health certifications required in the City of Decatur; own equipment, supplies, power (if not using lot pull-up power), and staffing; all sales tax collection and reporting; a professional appearance consistent with the brand; and own general liability insurance (proof may be requested). Vendor keeps 100% of sales revenue.

The Fan Grounds provides a designated vendor space for committed nights; on-site signage and SMS marketing to fans in the lot; access to lot power via pull-up power tower (subject to availability and coordination); and professional lot staffing and management throughout operating hours.

All deposits non-refundable. Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice forfeits the full nightly rate for that night. Failure to appear without notice may result in immediate termination with no refund for remaining nights. Operator may cancel or reschedule any night due to weather, safety, or circumstances beyond its control, and will make reasonable efforts to offer a makeup date or credit.

Vendor operates in compliance with all applicable laws and agrees not to engage in conduct that is unsafe, disruptive, or damaging to the brand or guest experience; Operator may remove Vendor immediately and without refund for violation. Operator is not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or injury arising from Vendor’s operation; Vendor operates at their own risk. Operator’s general liability insurance does not extend to Vendor’s operations. This Agreement, including Exhibit A and the package selected on page 1, constitutes the entire agreement; modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
